Adam is a calm and pleasant four-year-old boy who currently lives in an orphanage in Eastern Europe.
Adam has experienced delays in his neuro-psychological development. He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and hydrocephaly. A VPS was placed in 2015 and the results have been positive. There has been no increase in head circumference over the past year.
Adam expresses joy by erratically clapping his hands and making noises. He enjoys spending time with his caregivers.
Adam loves musical toys and exploring with his friends and caregivers.
Adam needs a loving, compassionate forever family to provide the support required for him to reach his full potential.
