Dylan is a four-year-old boy who is currently living with a foster family in Eastern Europe.
Dylan has experienced delays in his Neuro-psychological development. He was diagnosed with ataxic cerebral palsy and congenital heart malformation – atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect and mild heart failure. A heart surgery could be scheduled soon.
Dylan is a calm and pleasant child. He responds well to others and can follow simple instructions. He expresses his joy by clapping his hands and by making noises. He enjoys spending time with his caregivers.
Dylan can walk, run and climb stairs unassisted. Dylan is searching for a forever home where he will get the love and support he needs to continue to grow and develop.
