Julian is 4-year-old boy who has been in an orphanage in Eastern Europe since birth.
Julian has experienced delays with his neuro-psychological development. He has been diagnosed with Hydrocephalus magna and Spina bifida aperta, for which he has had surgery.
He is unable to walk alone, but loves to play with different toys, especially those that produce music.
Julian is calm and pleasant. He is well attached to his caregivers and responds well to them.
Julian expresses his joy by erratically clapping his hands and making noises. He enjoys spending time and connecting with his caregivers.
