Lucy is a bright 9-year-old girl who currently lives with a foster family in Eastern Europe. She is physically well developed for her age but has some speech and developmental delays.
She has lived with her current foster parents, whom she calls “Aunt and Uncle,” for five years. Previously, she was raised by her biological family and was extremely neglected.
Lucy works with a resource teacher at school to develop skills and habits. She learns best by repetition. Lucy is well-intentioned and does not show aggression. She is well accepted by her classmates and never has issues with behavior.
She loves music and watching children’s movies on TV. She also loves to play with dolls and pets. Lucy enjoys attention and cuddling, and is looking for a forever family who will make her feel welcomed and loved.
