Congenital heart malformation – post-operative condition
Turner Syndrome; Lactase deficiency

Megan is a radiant four-year-old with a big smile. She currently lives in an orphanage in Eastern Europe. She was diagnosed with heart issues, but after a successful surgery, she is doing much better. She can stand by herself and walk around with the support of a walker.

Megan is comfortable with unfamiliar people and is not afraid to initiate contact. She likes to cuddle and is consistently bright and positive. She enjoys smiling and laughing. Megan is unable to vocalize full words, but her caretakers can distinguish what she is trying to communicate through the sounds she makes.

Megan is the youngest child in her orphanage, and as a result does not have friends her age to communicate or interact with. Her specialists think that this could be one of the reasons for her developmental delays.Megan is looking for a forever family who will love, cherish and encourage her as she continues to grow and develop.
