Healthy child; Older child

Stacey is a calm, responsive, sweet and smiling girl who lives in a Group Home in Eastern Europe. She recently turned 15 years old and is impressively wise for her age.

Stacey is in 9th grade in the local Public School – and her favorite color is purple! Her most loved subject at school is physical education. She used to play basketball, but since she has no one to practice with, she only plays at school. She likes to play volleyball, too.

She has recently started to learn English and tries hard to be a good student. She attends a profiled school where she studies “Production and Service in Catering and Entertainment.” The profession that she will get there is a “restaurateur.” She loves and wants to work in a restaurant when she grows up.

Her best qualities include patience, honesty, and balance. She can easily communicate with other people and create new friendships. Stacey has a clear system of values and distinguishes good from bad. She can make good decisions and can choose the right friends.

Stacey dreams of receiving a letter with pictures of prospective adoptive parents. She will be happy to meet them and finally have a loving family. Stacey is very caring and will be glad to have siblings. She likes dogs and used to have one as a pet, and she would like to have one again.
