Vinny is a four-year-old boy who is currently living in an orphanage since 2015 when he was abandoned. Vinny has experienced delays in his neuro-psychological development. He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy – quadriparesis and symptomatic epilepsy. Vinny does not sit and stand steadily but tries to move by stepping on his toes with the feet turned inwards.
He enjoys picking up toys and studying them. Vinny is able to distinguish known from unknown people, voices or situations. He is calm and does not cry without reason. He smiles and enjoys hearing jokes. Vinny can pronounce casual sounds. He listens carefully to speech and responds well to sound.
Vinny is a calm and pleasant child. He enjoys connecting with his caregivers.
