Bobby is a 5-year-old boy who was raised by his birth family during his first year and a half of life. He was eventually abandoned and, in 2013, was placed in an orphanage in Eastern Europe.
A calm and pleasant child, Bobby experiences delays in his Neuropsychological Development and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy quadriparesis. Bobby expresses joy by clapping his hands and making noises, laughing and studying his caregiver’s face with his hands. Bobby is well attached to his caregivers and responds well to them, and when held by the hand, he can take several steps.
