Paul is a 13-year-old boy living with a foster family in Eastern Europe. He defines himself as a good person, hardworking and honest. For Paul, it is important to feel useful and to help in any way he can.
Physically and developmentally normal for his age, Paul is described as “very emotional, enthusiastic, cheerful, sociable and animated.” In his interactions, he is unpretentious and friendly to all. Paul is well loved and has a few close friends.
Paul has a good vocabulary for his age and, when communicating with others, tries to respect manners.
Paul has a proper understanding of the differences between biological, foster and adoptive family. He has expressed a wish to be adopted with his younger sister, Mia, who he is closely bonded to.
