Robby is a 3-year-old boy who was placed in the Baby Home for orphans in Eastern Europe. He is becoming more and more active in his attempts to interact with adults and tries to attract attention toward him. There are some situations when he prefers individual activity and interaction with toys and not with other people.
Robby is, overall, a healthy little boy. He has delays in his psycho-motoric development. His weight and height are below the norm for the age, but he enjoys playing, has a good attention span and expresses a desire to learn. When things don’t go his way – if he’s not allowed to have something he wants – he is able to redirect his attention and become interested in something else.
Robby has a wonderful memory, and he can memorize objects and people who are part of his everyday life.
