Rocky is a 5-and-a-half-year-old boy who lives in a group home in Eastern Europe.
He was born prematurely and with low birth weight and has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy due to low muscle tone. Rocky is currently receiving physical stimulation and other support and has made good progress. He can walk with minimal support and, although he has delays in his learning and speech, his fine motor skills are improving as well.
Rocky is a calm and pleasant child, who is attached to his caregivers and responds well to them.
