Von and Mila are two siblings living in a small group home in Eastern Europe.
Von is 5 years old. He is smart and extroverted. He makes friends easily and has formed a couple of strong relationships with staff and other children in the home. He is very attached to his older sister Mila.
Mila is 14 years old. Both she and her brother, Von, lived with their patents for several years before being placed at the group home.
Mila is an above average student, and also a sensitive and introverted child. She is careful to warm up to others and only shares her emotions with people she trusts completely.
Mila is attached to her little brother and is very protective of him.
