This new system eliminates the need to re-enroll each year with multiple forms, fees and cumbersome paperwork. Once any child is accepted into Upbring Schools, we assume your intention is to age up through all our age-based classes and grades until graduating from the highest grade offered at the school. Through Continuous Enrollment you are making a commitment to attend the school, and we are making a commitment to partner with your family in education. If something changes and you need to withdraw from any Upbring School, simply notify the Admissions Office of that school, in writing of your desire to withdraw via email or complete the withdrawal form online. In the Parent Handbook you will find that two weeks written notice is required to withdraw from Upbring Schools. This remains true, however each year with continuous enrollment, you’ll need to decide by February 15th whether you are planning to continue for the next school year (in this case 2019-2020). If you decide to withdraw after this date, you will have already begun to pay the non-refundable yearly fee for the upcoming year. Any child needing to withdraw prior to the start of a new year or at any time during the school year will not receive a refund for any tuition installments already paid, or for fees charged for the current or upcoming school year. Your electronic signature on this packet is confirmation that you understand the Continuous Enrollment Agreement. This agreement applies to the current school year and will be renewed automatically until your student has graduated. This agreement will be active unless and until it is terminated by the Upbring School you are enrolled at, or by the family with completion of the withdrawal process. Note that each family remains responsible for maintaining their student’s information including but not limited to their home address, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contact information and medical information on a continual, as needed basis. Upbring will help to maintain the database by reminding parents to update their demographic information through email reminders. In January of each year, Upbring will publish the upcoming school year’s tuition rates, and the annual registration fees. This will be shown later in this document.
